Earthstorm is seeking an experienced and strategic Client Services Manager to take ownership of client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong communicator with a proven ability to manage multiple clients, oversee internal resources, and identify opportunities to maximise revenue.

Your tasks will be:

  • The Client Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. A key part of this role is leveraging both Earthstorm’s and the candidate’s professional network to identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Extensive experience in client services, account management, business development.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills with an established network.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and revenue through existing and new relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience in forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment .
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships across a wide portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure all client projects are handled efficiently and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Leverage both Earthstorm’s and personal networks to generate new business.
  • Forecast future activity and financial performance across all client accounts.
  • Oversee internal resource allocation to meet deadlines and business objectives.
  • Handle client feedback, working collaboratively to enhance service delivery.
  • Define requirements, tasks, and resources necessary for project success.
  • Identify and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process for new clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Conduct performance analysis and reporting to optimise client outcomes.
  • Experience in managing client accounts through HubSpot.
